Website Developer Role Responsibilities

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsibile for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
• Build, Develop code in Node.js/Express/Docker/React familiarity with RESTfull API's and programming.

Website Developer job qualifications and requirements

Whilst a degree isn’t mandatory for an Website Developer role, an understanding of basic programming skills is required.

• 2+ years experience working in a website developer role
• 2+ years with Node.js/Express/Nosql Database, Google Web Console, Bing Website Console
• 2+ years with HTML/CSS/Javascript/Jquery
• 2+ years with Ecommerce payments and API integrations
• 2+ working with XML and JSON Datasets.
• Capability of prioritizing and delegating responsibilities
• A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Courses/Diploma or Training as a Website Developer
• Willing to learn new software skills & attend educational training courses.
• Work Experience or College Training or University.
